Definitions

User – users are all persons who visit the website, consume services or provide information to Minu Hinge. For example, reading articles, ordering services or contacting Minu Hinge by email.

Services – services are all free and paid products and services offered by Minu Hingele.

Personal data – the following personal data disclosed by users to Minu Hingele OÜ: name, email address, telephone number or other information that helps to better provide services to users. 

Processing of personal data – any activity performed with the personal data of a website user: collection, processing, storage, correction or deletion of data.

By accepting the privacy terms, you give your consent to the processing of your data in accordance with these privacy terms.

Minu Hingele OÜ kogub alljärgnevaid kasutajate isikuandmeid järgnevalt kirjeldatud viisidel:

• Through the website, the user's name, email address and phone number - when the user purchases products from the online store, in order to send the purchased products to the parcel machine and inform them of the order's completion.
• User name and email address via the website – if the user subscribes to the newsletter, we will send them company news, notifications of new blog posts or podcast episodes;
• Website traffic statistics – using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel.
• Personal data created and combined by Minu Hingele OÜ (order history)
• Personal data (invoices) generated when using Minu Hingele services
• Personal data published by users on social media

Minu Hingele OÜ is not liable for any damage caused to the user or third parties by the user providing false information. The user is responsible for ensuring that the information provided by him/her is accurate, correct and complete. Knowingly providing false information is considered a violation of the privacy policy. The user is obliged to immediately notify the data processor of any changes to the information provided.

When processing and storing personal data, Minu Hingele OÜ implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure and any other unlawful processing.

Minu Hingele OÜ retains user data depending on the purpose of processing, but not longer than 5 years.

Use of personal data

Minu Hingele uses personal data:

• to provide a service to the user, for example, to conclude and perform a contract, to communicate with the user, to send invoices;
• to send notifications about new articles, services and campaigns to the user's email address, but only with the user's prior consent.

Minu Hingele uses website traffic statistics to improve the website user experience and more effective marketing.

The user has the right to prohibit the processing of their personal data at any time, unless it is necessary to fulfill a requirement arising from the contract, including the provision of the service.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

A third party is a contractual partner of Minu Hingele who processes personal data and whose product or service provides services to the Minu Hingele user.

Minu Hingele uses third parties for its daily operations who provide:

• Mailerlite –  email management system
• Google – web analytics
• Facebook – social media use and statistics
• Montonio – We will forward the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio.

In addition to the third parties mentioned in the previous section, Minu Hingele transfers the user's personal data to a cooperation partner. This is only to the extent necessary to provide the service to the user. 

Links to other pages and embedded content

Some pages, such as blogs or podcast pages, have links to other websites or contain embedded content, such as a YouTube video, that you can watch directly on the podcast page. When you consume embedded content, you are technically visiting another website, where the terms and conditions of that website apply.

These pages may collect data about you, replace cookies, or transfer your data to third parties.

Personal data retention and security

Minu Hingele retains personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose or as required by law. For example, an e-mail address on a mailing list until the user expresses a desire to remove it from there.

Minu Hingele takes all reasonable measures to protect the personal data it processes. Only authorized persons have access to modify and process personal data, and all users' personal data is treated as confidential information.

User rights

User has a right at any time to:

• express a wish to access your data;
• to demand the correction, supplementation or, under the conditions prescribed by law, the deletion of personal data;
• request the restriction of processing of personal data;
• request the transfer of personal data;
• the right to receive information about the processing of his or her personal data.

To exercise their rights, the user must send a corresponding request to the e-mail address info@minuhingele.ee.

If the user is a member of the Minu Hingele mailing list, they can delete themselves from the mailing list and unsubscribe from further messages via the link at the end of the message. To limit the use of cookies, the user can make the appropriate choices in their web browser settings.

If the User believes that his or her rights have been violated during the processing of personal data, he or she has the right to contact the Data Protection Inspectorate.

Cookies

The Minu Hingele website uses cookies to ensure a better user experience, more effective marketing activities, and to collect usage statistics.
